Recognition Ideas for Pastors

Pastors, if you are like me, you have found it hard to find items you can use to recognize people within the church for a great job and to encourage them in their tasks. For instance, if you have a Sunday School, small groups, a school or some other area where you have multiple people serving at the same time, it would be a good idea to have a special time of recognition for them on at least an annual basis. But, to provide something meaningful in terms of recognizing them or encouraging them in their tasks you can spend a lot of money. I don't know about you but we don't have a lot of money to spend.
